QUAKER STEAK & LUBE TO HOST 2010 BACKSTRETCH TAILGATE PARTY AT GPS
January 1st 2010

The dead of winter may not be a time when most folks are planning tailgate parties at GPS, but the marketing staff at Greenville Pickens Speedway is planning to keep your party rolling in the new year on the famous Dale Earnhardt Memorial Backstretch.

"The backstretch is known as the summertime place to be in the upstate, and the tailgate parties that go along with the fun make the race day experience at Greenville Pickens Speedway a one of a kind experience," said GP marketing director Keith Cochran.

"That's why we are planning now for the 2010 edition of the famous GPS Backstretch Tailgate Party." Hosting the fun this year of the monthly GPS backstretch tailgate party will be the folks from Greenville's 'Quaker Steak & Lube', delivering to lucky tailgaters on the backstretch those famous chicken wings that have become known as the 'Best Wings in the USA!

You'll find those famous wings among other items on the menu at their Greenville location on Chrome Drive year 'round, and monthly at GPS events as part of the Backstretch Tailgate Party... delivered by Quaker Steak & Lube Late Model driver Jeremy Burns.  The fun begins with the first tailgate party in March 2010.
