Ward refreshes memories of Victory Lane
Hale wins Renegade race after top two disqualified

Ward was the top  qualifier in the senior division, just quicker than Jeremy Burns, started on the  inside front row for the main event and wasted little time battling his way past  Burns to take the point. Burns, meanwhile, worked hard at keeping second place,  but midway through the race gave way to Toby Porter, who went on to take second.  With Ward, Porter, and Burns in the top three spots, Randy Porter fourth and Trey Gibson fifth.

This car is  family-owned,” Ward said in Victory Lane “It's been a long time since I was able to put  car number 97 in the Victory Circle. (Attorney) Brian Ramey came on board with  some sponsorship late, and we had to hustle to get the racer ready for the  season,” Ward said. “I'm just glad to be here, and I can't thank everyone  enough.” Kenneth Headen, who has  had his problems this season, finished sixth,
followed by Ralph Carnes and  Anthony Anders. Anthony Cordell, Devin Osborne, Tasha Kummer and Justin  Southerlin completed the field.

Anthony Anders, doing  double duty driving this season, jumped out front early in the Sportsman main  event, and put his truck in Victory Circle. Tim Lollis took second, with Jamie  Altop third. Chris Chastain was fourth, and Danny Gilbert took fifth. Tony  Bridgeman finished sixth after hitting the wall late in the race due to  mechanical problems.

Chuckie Greer made a  runaway in the Charger main, jumping out front of Tim Crowe for the entire race.  Jamie Tate was third, with Mike Mote fourth and Andy Norris taking fifth.

Terry Hawthorne had to  work to get to the front in the first Renegade race, passing Ray Mullinax late  for the victory. “I finally got to the front, and then I thought the race would  never end, due to the caution flags,” Hawthorne said, “but, eventually, the  checkered flag flew.”

Things weren't nearly  as clear in the second Renegade race, as Freddy Hale, Jr., found out he was the  winner after he got back to the pits. The top two finishers were disqualified,  giving the win to Hale. Christie Kelley was second, with Larry Nabors third,  Shane Hill fourth, and Andy Reid.

Dylan Crowe took his  third victory in the Pure Stock division, and this time he had competition.  Camden Francis was second, and Randy Pittman was  third
