Anthony Anders backed up last week's victory with another win in the Late-Model Stock main event at Greenville-Pickens Speedway, but it didn't take a last-lap pass this week. He passed Randy Porter with three laps to go this week. "That was a good race. Almost as good as last week. I thought Randy was going to win this week, but my spotter told me to cool down and hit my marks and I could still win." Porter had sat on the pole, and took the point early, and for lap after lap he and Anders raced side-by-side. Then, with 14 laps remaining in the race, Toby Porter took over second from Anders and Randy Porter, the points leader, seemed to be in command. That's when Anders said his spotter told him to hit his marks. Anders managed to get by Toby, for second, and got by Randy with three laps remaining. Lapped traffic seemed to be a problem late and Toby Porter almost got by Rand Porter for second. But Randy held on. Kenneth Headen had taken fourth place early in the race, and stayed right there at the end. Tasha Porter Kummer, Randy's sister, finished fifth. Joey Collins was sixth, followed by Will Burns and Greg Welborn. Justin Southerlin was ninth and Austin Aker took tenth. The results of the Late-Model Stock main event are unofficial pending post-race inspection. Kenneth Headen made winning look easy, once again, in the Truck main event, jumping out front when the green flag fell and leading every lap. Headen said his truck was, "just unbeatable" at this point, and he padded a comfortable points lead. Bob Root started on the outside of Headen, and took second. The real race was between Kerry Lawrence and Guy Nealy as they battled for Third. Lawrence held on for the position, and Jamie Altop was fifth. Tim Crowe jumped into the lead on the first lap of the Charger main event, and he got to the front by going three wide in the first corner of the opening lap. Chuckie Greer put pressure on Crowe for the entire race, and ended up a close second. James Johnson took third, and Andy Norris was fourth. Zach Pressley was fifth. In the Renegade main event, Travis Cox took the lead late in the race due to a massive pileup, and Larry Nabors, who had led most of the way, finished fourth. Andrew Cordell was second, with Ryan Walker third. Jamie Burton took fifth place. Freddy Hale, Jr. took the Street Stock main event, with Kelly Stiles second and Furman Craft was third.
