The Official Souvenir Program of the Greenville Pickens Speedway is 'Saturday Night Thunder', with a new and updated edition available at the speedway for each racing event.
2012 marks the 16th year of publication of SATURDAY NIGHT THUNDER at Greenville Pickens Speedway. The program contains coming events and detailed speedway information, including dozens of photos, results and current point standings, and feature stories on GP drivers and race teams.
SATURDAY NIGHT THUNDER is sold face to face by program vendors, on the backstretch, in the infield, and in the grandstand area.

BILLBOARDS
Greenville Pickens Speedway has a limited number of on track 8' X 16' billboards in the turn three and four area of the speedway. From season to season, most boards are renewed by the existing businesses on the boards (some have had their boards for years), but there is an occasional opening and businesses on the waiting list for a GPS billboard are contacted in the order of first request for a GPS billboard when and if an opening occurs.
In addtion to a huge visibility at all our NASCAR events (
including the national broadcast Camping World event and weekly visits by our area broadcast media
), the boards are seen by the tens of thousands of visitors to the annual UPPER SOUTH CAROLINA STATE FAIR at the speedway events during the fair.These include the Enduro race, Main stage events, and the ever popular Fair favorite Demolition Derby.
In 2007, a Sportsman car crashed through an on track billboard and WYFF-TV 4 caught the spectacular crash, playing it many times on the sportscast. It was also a top request of the WYFF 'VIDEO ON DEMAND' feature on the stations popular website.
There is no better way to make sure that your business is seen as a supporter of 'racing in the upstate' than with an on track billboard at Greenville Pickens Speedway. And as much as we'd like to guarantee that a race car would make a
spectacular
crash through your board that thousands would see over and over again...that,
unfortunately, is not a part of the deal.

The Dick James Law Firm 'Upstate Race Day' radio show is heard every race day at GPS throughout the upstate of South Carolina on WCCP, 104.9FM. Hosts Keith Cochran and T. Bob Mangum interview GPS drivers, review past races including points and results, and talk about upcoming events at the track. The show is broadcast live from the GPS tower each race day, from noon until 1pm.
